Gift Aid

The UK tax authorities allow charities to claim back some of the income tax paid by their donors.  No more money is taken from the donor, nor does it damage the donor's tax situation. All we need to be able to claim back the extra money is for you to confirm you are paying enough UK income tax
  • If you pay more UK income tax over the whole tax year than the amount AMAR can claim back (28 percent of your donation), you are entitled to declare the donation as Gift Aid. This will be the case unless you are donating large sums and paying little or no UK income tax.
  • If you do not pay UK income tax, or pay less than 28 percent of your donation over the tax year, unfortunately you cannot declare it Gift Aid.
We would like to keep a record of our donors but will not pass on your details to any third parties.
I would like to declare my donation as Gift Aid and confirm I am eligible to do so.
I would prefer my details not to be included.

To keep our costs low we use the NOCHEX payment system, which accepts a wide range of UK credit and debit cards.
